USPS lost my order? What do I do?
If you believe your package is lost, please email or DM us. Provide your order number and we will work with you and USPS to ensure you get your item! I am very attentive to all packages I ship so chances are I will notice your lost package before you do, but in the case that I don't please don't hesitate to contact me!
Refunds/Exchanges?
Refunds are not accepted and all sales are final! If there seems to be a problem with your order, such as damage, I will not hesitate to send you a new product with proof of damage to your item! For sizing issues, we have our size chart provided on the site. Please view and measure yourself before purchasing from our store to ensure a nice fit.
Customs?
Unfortunately, we do not create custom orders. Though customs are fun and unique to each individual, they do take a lot of time and detail. Remember, I am the only person running this business!
Plus Sizes?
Sizes XS-2XL are provided on all items! If you are below XS or above 2XL, please email or message me and we can get something made for you!
Ambassador program?
I do not have an ambassador program and I do not do collaborations.
International Shipping?
Yes we do ship outside of the USA!
